The city also boasts a rich history that you can experience firsthand. The Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute offers a look at both American art and ceramics from around the world. The Stanley Theater is a restored movie palace that now hosts performances by national touring acts. Utica is also home to several museums, including the Children’s Museum of History, Natural History & Science, and the Oneida County Historical Society.
Utica’s downtown is one of the best in the Empire State -boasting great restaurants and home to the famous Utica Zoo!
