  • Bellamy:  The Bellamy is also a two-bedroom, two-bath unit with a private balcony. The open floor plan in the kitchen and living room make this unit feel airy and modern. Each of the bedrooms and the common area are designed with plenty of windows to capture as much natural light as possible.

The Mohawk apartment floor plans are also perfect for single tenants or two-tenant roommates who want an extra room for an office or guest room. 

  • Mohawk: The Mohawk is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath floor plan that’s well-suited for family living. At 1,458 sq. feet, this is the largest unit we have available. Our Mohawk apartment features a spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room space along with two full bathrooms, multiple spacious closets, and a private balcony.
